Deeper Healing Services

    Individual Intensive Sessions

    This is 1:1 sessions that are scheduled based on need. Each session is 90 minutes with an option to be extended. During this session BrainSpotting, Dikenga Energy medicine or any other somatic practice may be used along side trauma informed modalities.

    The Reset

    Twelve weekly sessions. Six trauma informed talk sessions, three BrainSpotting sessions, two sound healing and somatic sessions, one Dikenga session. Access to text/voice notes. A welcome kit included.

    The Healing Circle

    Eight weeks, bi-weekly sessions are 90 minutes. Access to private community chat, weekly affirmations, homework and bonus practices. Due to the depth of this series it is held four times a year. Various topics are discussed each series. Sign ups and topics are announced via social media and newsletter.

    The Healing Retreat

    Three day, weekend intensive. This is a private offer for an individual or a small group (max is three). Design is created for specific intention.

    May include acupuncture, massage therapy, aromatherapy, etc. depending on intention and necessity.
